Kelly Reed is employed by Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance as a Personal Lines Senior IT-ebusiness Technician. This area is where agents can go on-line and link to Frankenmuth Mutual and enter their own applications and endorsements and have them processed and ready to hand to the insured within the same day. Kelly tests this environment and her team constantly strives to improve ways agents do business with her company. She has additional background in Commercial Lines Rating and Underwriting.

Kelly has earned her AIS designation and her Certificate of Insurance. She has taken six of the “I CAN Series” that NAIW offers. She plans to earn her CPIW this term after completing the CWC course.

Kelly is a lifelong resident of the Birch Run area. In the past, Kelly has served MMAIP as the treasurer and fundraising chair. She is now serving as our association’s secretary. She’s looking forward to earning her CPIW and helping the group to grow this term.

Kelly is always keeping an eye out for our group. She is always thinking of ideas and suggestions for fund-raisers to keep our funds flowing as well as in other areas. She will be talking this term to her company about our newsletter and group, which is a large feat in that her company employs over 500 people! Her willingness to help the group grow is very important to us and we are glad she’s a part of MMAIP. Her warm smile makes us all smile a little more at meetings as her e-mail states, “there are hundreds of languages in the world but a smile speaks them all.”

Kelly has two sons, DJ (7) and Rich (10). She has coached for AYSO soccer and has assisted in baseball for them. She also helps with Bible school at her church. She enjoys reading, crafts, and time with her kids, and spending time at the cabin near the beach in the summer and sledding in the winter. Kelly truly is a Member on the Move.
